On our way to Valbone valley we took the ferry on Koman lake up to Fierze. We book the 1200 ferry. it was a breathtaking sail (~2hr). The views are breathtaking. The water itself in some portion is polluted with plastic and garbage, but it is not disturbing the beauty, just increase the sadness for lake of awareness.

The best time to visit the Komani Lake is in the pleasant but more quiet months May, June and September. In the peak season July & August the ferry will be packed and obviously less enjoyable. I traveled from Koman to Fierze and back mid June and had mixed experiences, all good but different.
